Laat een uur rusten in de ijskast.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Verwarm een pan met een scheut olijfolie en bak de moten aan weerszijde aan. Ongeveer 5 minuten aan weerszijde.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Haal van het vuur en plaats in de oven op 80 graden.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Nu kan je aan de andere ingredi\u00ebnten beginnen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Mango<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Schil de mango&#8217;s met de dunschiller en snij het vruchtvlees van de pit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Snij uit de helften vier balkjes mango om te grillen.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">De rest van het vruchtvlees snij je in kleine partje en doe je in een pannetje met de kippenfond. Kruid bij met peper en zout.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Wanneer de mango zacht is geworden. Mix en laat verder inkoken tot de saus niet meer lopend is.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Houd het warm op een laag vuur.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Verwarm een grilpan en smeer deze lichtjes in met olijfolie. Gril de balkjes mango aan weerszijde.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Pasta<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Kook de pasta volgens de instructies op de verpakking. Giet af en werk af met peper, zout en olijfolie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Spinaziesalade<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Doe de noten met een eetlepel verse munt, grof zout en limoensap in de vijzel en verbrijzel het geheel.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Doe dit bij de fijngesneden spinazie samen met een flinke scheut arganolie.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Guacamole<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Haal het vruchtvlees uit de avocado en doe er meteen wat citroensap bij.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Goed pletten, maar zorg er voor dat een geen brei wordt. Er mogen nog stukjes avocado in zitten.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Werk af met een eetlepel honing, harissa en zeezout.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Afwerking<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Leg op ieder bord een ring pasta met daarnaast een handvol spinazie.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Haal de zalmmoten uit de oven en leg ze elke op het bord.<\/li>\n<li
